RealTime Lab’s Total Mycotoxin Panel detects sixteen of the most toxigenic mycotoxins, including 9 macrocyclic trichothecenes that have been proven to be caused byStachybotrys, otherwise known as “Black Mold.”
Testing is done using competitive ELISA, a highly sensitive detection method that uses antibodies prepared against mycotoxins.
All mycotoxin testing results are displayed in an easy-to-understand, numeric format, showing detection levels in parts-per-billion (ppb) as standardized by the FDA, WHO, CDC and Food industry for clinical use.
Results also tell if the toxins in the sample were present, not present, or equivocal, along with ranges of detection for each.

• Read the instructions provided in the test kit PRIOR to completing the test • Urine sample • Samples are to be shipped directly to the lab by UPS (prepaid) • Turnaround time: 2-3 weeks
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS IN PREPARATION FOR THE URINE COLLECTION:
**NOTE: non-patients go directly to step #2 **
Step #1: ONE WEEK BEFORE COLLECTION: Take detox preparation capsule order by following these instructions: o Adults: 1 capsule 2x per day (order 14 capsules) o 12-18 years old: 1 capsule per day (order 7 capsules) o 4-11 years old: ½ capsule per day mixed in soft unheated food such as apple sauce (order 4 capsules) If step #1 results in worsening of current symptoms, then follow step #2 ASAP and collect urine and discontinue taking the capsules (even if the 1 week is not completed)
Step #2: JUST BEFORE URINE COLLECTION: Take a 30 minute hot shower or bath
