​I absolutely love this program and will definitely do it again in the future. While the first few days are difficult, you will definitely come out of it feeling better in your body and mind. For me, it was an absolute reset of my habits and a moment of deep self-care. Having completed the program, I feel more in control of my eating and exercising habits. As a mom of three school aged children, I know for certain that flu season is going to make its way into our house ! Why not be as prepared as possible?
