Coq10 is most known for it's support of the cardiovascular system and the mitochondria, the cell's energy generator. For such conditions, I tend to recommend higher doses of oral CoQ10 ranging from 100-300mg per capsule. That being said, I often recommend the CHEWABLE form of CoQ10 to support oral and dental health, most often in cases of gingivitis.
