This test requires a blood draw.

If you are in the Montreal-area, then our office will provide you with the contact of a lab technician to schedule the blood draw. Otherwise, you will need to source and organize the blood draw yourself.
Ship samples directly to the lab by UPS at your expense. IMPORTANT: Draw and ship your blood sample on MONDAYS ONLY; 72 hours is the maximum viability time of the blood sample.
If the sample is compromised the lab will not process it. You will need to repeat the blood draw and you will be responsible for charges related to the blood draw and shipping of new sample.
*All test kits MUST be completed within 4 months of date of purchase. If a test kit expires or must be replaced for any reason, administrative fees and lab fees will apply.
